It can be hard to keep a sense of hope about the future when it seems like every day, there are images of icebergs crashing into the sea, stories about natural disasters on the rise and animals we love disappearing forever.
The challenges are real, and the stakes are high – America must find a way to lead the world towards a Converge future, where the good life and the green life meet. But there is good news…while time is very short, it’s not too late – We can do it! So forget the gloom and doom for awhile – let’s stop worrying about what MIGHT happen, sticking our heads in the sand or drowning our guilt in wheat grass juice…let’s GET EXCITED about what CAN happen!!!
Stories of success are inspiring, but it always helps to know that the stories we’re hoping to make realities aren’t fantasies.
So to lend credibility to the Converge future, Converge has partnered with Climate Interactive, 
a team of scientists based at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to bring to everyday people the same type of simulation tool that world leaders are using to make decisions about the choices we face. The simulation offered on Converge lets you see the effects of implementing any of FIVE well-researched, credible plans for moving the world to a Converge future.
